Welcome to Zombies Base: Tower defence! Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the mobile application Zombie Siege: Idle Offline Game (the "App") operated by us.

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the App.

1. Use of the App

The App is intended for your personal, non-commercial use only. By using the App, you agree to:

• Play fairly and not use unauthorized programs, bots, or exploits.
• Abide by the App's rules and gameplay guidelines as set by us.
• Not misuse or disrupt the App’s functionality or user experience.

All content, features, and functionality available in the App—including, but not limited to, graphics, game design, text, and user interface elements—are owned by AeolianCodelab and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our prior written consent.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services to enhance gameplay and provide advertisements. By using the App, you agree to the terms and policies of these services, which include:

• AdMob: To deliver ads within the App, AdMob may collect certain information as described in its Privacy Policy.
• Google Play Games Services: Used to provide gameplay features such as achievements and leaderboards. More details can be found in Google Play Games’ Privacy Policy.
• User Messaging Platform (UMP): We use Google’s UMP to gather user consent preferences for ads.

We do not have control over these third-party services and are not responsible for their actions or policies. You are advised to review their privacy policies and terms for more information.

4. Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the App. You use the App at your own risk and agree that we shall not be responsible for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use, misuse, or inability to use the App. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of in-app progress, interruptions in gameplay, or any issues related to third-party services integrated into the App.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make no guarantees that the App will be available, free of errors, or compatible with all devices.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App without prior notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
